B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager

I’m currently working with a highly profitable and rapidly growing FinTech as they look to grow out their CRM and Growth team further with the addition of a B2B Lifecycle Marketing Manager as a core player in their digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive ongoing onboarding and engagement campaigns, with a view of improving customer lifecycle and future client engagement
  • Work with an integrated approach across all owned marketing channels including Email, SMS, Push and DM (across both web and app)
  • Take ownership of tiggered / automation campaigns utlizing the MarTech stack
  • Oversee and collaborate with the data/analytics team on segmentation and target audience development – with a focus toward audience behavior and campaign effectiveness 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in the B2B CRM / Lifecycle space
  • Highly numerate with a keen eye for data and analytics
  • Experience from within the Financial Services or other highly regulated industry would be highly preferable
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities within the user base to drive repeat business and customer referrals
  • A true passion for learning, development and growth

This is a remote first opportunity with occasional travel within the US as required.
