I’m currently working with a rapidly growing FinTech as they look to grow out their CRM capability further with the addition of a Senior CRM Manager as a key player in their ongoing digital marketing transformation. 

Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the CRM function across the business, operating in a ‘Player / Coach’ role you will lead a small team as well as execute directly on your own campaigns
  • Work with an integrated approach across Email, SMS and Push
  • Take ownership of tiggered / automation campaigns utlizing the MarTech stack
  • Oversee and collaborate with the data/analytics team on segmentation and target audience development – with a focus toward audience behavior and campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 8+ years’ experience in the B2B CRM / Marketing Automation / Lifecycle space
  • Experience from within the Financial Services / FinTech or SaaS industry would be highly preferential 
  • Exposure to Hubspot or Salesforce 
  • Highly numerate with a keen eye for data and analytics
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities within the user base to drive repeat business and customer referrals
  • A true passion for learning, development and growth

This is a remote first opportunity with occasional travel within the US as required.
