We first started working with ACS in 2023 when they were looking to hire a replacement Marketing Manager. The previous Marketing Manager (and hiring manager) had been promoted and was looking for someone to take over their previous role.

Delivering a brilliant short list of marketers
The American Chemical Society had been searching for the right Marketing Manager for four months when our specialist recruiters got in touch.
Using his network and the technology at his disposal, Principal Recruitment Consultant, Jason Goodwin, quickly delivered two shortlists of excellent marketers who were within ACS’ requirements. Managing a quick marketing recruitment process
The Marketing Manager job was hybrid, with ACS looking for someone who would work from their office based in DC for three days a week. Their preferred candidate was previously working in a fully remote role, so there were some logistics for the hiring manager and the candidate to work through. Jason facilitated those conversations and found a solution that worked for both parties.
By providing regular updates and up to date market insight, the entire process only lasted four weeks.
