Firstly, we work closely with you to understand your unique requirements. This will allow us to determine the right executive search plan to achieve your goals in an efficient and effective manner.  

We will then build a contractual timeline commitment for each project. We recognize that, for many people, a large part of the frustration of working with agencies is either not knowing when you’ll receive a shortlist or being made a promise that isn’t delivered upon.

We have seen success by working in genuine partnership with employers and talent teams to help shape the roles and the requirements of our customers. The feedback we received was that the speed, efficiency, and caliber of individuals we provided far outweighed other recruitment agencies. 

And while 3Search is based in the UK, our headhunters work flexible hours allowing them to work the same hours as our American clients. Plus, working UK hours gives us a head start in the market. We hold weekly catch-up meetings to ensure that our clients are always informed of our progress on recruitment projects and every quarter, we visit the US to meet with you in person.

A retained search is ideal for those briefs that require a more thorough search. Engaging us on a retained search means committing a project fee at the start of our relationship. This allows us the resources to conduct processes that are essential for identifying in-demand skillsets and senior leadership roles, such as market mapping and candidate screening.

Contingent

Do you have a good idea of what you’re looking for in a candidate but not sure how to reach and engage them? A contingent search will give you access to our specialist recruiters’ unparalleled expertise and extensive networks of candidates to identify the perfect fit for your team.

Exclusive

Engaging with us on an exclusive basis allows us to commit more time and resources to your search, creating a more personalized experience for employers and candidates.
