We are working with a pioneering AI HealthTech company, looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead client relationships and drive the adoption of innovative digital health solutions, impacting patient care globally.

The Customer Success Manager will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and optimizing healthcare outcomes through technology.

The Customer Success Manager will:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
  • Implementation and Onboarding: Lead the seamless onboarding of new clients, customizing plans to ensure success.
  • Value Definition and Delivery: Collaborate with clients to understand goals and drive ROI through our digital health solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Track impact, provide insights, and collaborate on product enhancements to meet customer needs.

Essential Skills:

  • 3+ years in customer success or related roles within healthcare.
  • Strong project management skills, especially in healthcare environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
