Director Demand Generation

I am currently working with a Softbank and YCombinator invested Healthtech company, who are looking to hire their first Director of Demand Generation. The company is growing at an accelerated rate, to help with this growth the Director of Demand Generation will build a multi-channel lead generation engine as well as designing and executing multi-touch lead gen campaigns.

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and manage a B2B lead-generation engine
  • Work alongside marketing and sales team to own direct sales revenue growth
  • Manage all inbound and outbound demand generation channels and their content 
  • Develop and optimize marketing automation to increase conversion rates

What skills do you need?

  • A minimum of 5 years experience building demand generation engines that impact revenue growth
  • Expertise in content strategy, organic growth, and digital marketing 
  • Experience working in healthtech or health benefits space would be ideal
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems (ideally Hubspot)

The role is paying circa $150k - $200k plus excellent package.
